Hi, I'm Krissy! Thank you for visiting my fundraising page.
UPDATE: I recently reached my fundraising goal of $1,000 over my minimum and achieved ROCKSTAR status by raising $2,500! I am so thankful and want to pay it forward even more - so if you would like to donate to TNT, please consider visiting my teammate Zach's page, he is training for the Country Music Marathon.
My mission (which I have chosen to accept! ;) ) is to help find cures and more effective treatments for blood cancers. To accomplish that mission, I’m participating in a sports endurance event as a member of The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s (LLS) Team In Training. Like the other members of TNT, I will be raising funds to help find cures and better treatments for leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin’s disease and myeloma. I’m improving the quality of my life by participating and with your support, I can help improve the quality of life for patients and their families as well.
This is my first event with Team in Training and will be my second full Marathon. I am excited to be participating in the Yuengling Shamrock Marathon, which celebrates its 40th year in 2012 and takes place in gorgeous Virginia Beach, VA.
