LB and I are so excited to announce that after we tackle the Dopey Challenge in January, we'll go right into training for the Chicago (followed by the Marine Corps) Marathon!

Why Team in Training?

• For LB's mom, Debbie. She's an amazingly strong cancer SURVIOR! Because of treatments developed by LLS, she gets to be an amazing grandma to Hannah and Emma!
• For Jackie, a young lymphoma SURVIOR that ran the NYC marathon in 2015 with our team because blood cancer can be part of your history, but doesn't have to be part of your future.
• For Darci, a friend of a friend and young woman my age who lost her battle with AML and left two kids without a mom. So that her memory can live on and this sad story doesn't have to be repeated.

Team in Training is more than an amazing way to run a marathon, it's a moving monument to every person who has lost their battle with cancer, is living with cancer, and has survived cancer!
