Racing to Save Lives -- My Own "Atlanta Campaign"

I'm training to race in the Atlanta Marathon as a member of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's (LLS) Team In Training. All of us on Team In Training are raising funds to help stop leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin lymphoma and myeloma from taking more lives. I am completing this event in honor of all individuals who are battling blood cancers. These people are the real heroes on our team, and we need your support to cross the ultimate finish line - a cure!

Please make a donation to support my participation in Team In Training and help advance LLS's mission. The Atlanta Marathon in March 2010 will be my sixth event with TNT (previously a half marathon in San Francisco and fulls in Portland, San Francisco, Napa, and Victoria BC) and I welcome anyone who would like to make a repeat donation to a great cause!

I use my personal website to keep a log of my TNT and other running activities. Be sure to check back frequently to see my progress. Thanks for your support!

PS: That photo is me finishing the 2009 Royal Victoria Marathon. Read my website to find out why the clock time seems suspiciously impressive! And the reference to the Atlanta Campaign is my nod to Maj. Gen. William T. Sherman of the American Civil War, my other great hobby.
