Welcome to my Team In Training home page.

I'm training to participate in the Walt Disney World Marathon as a member of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's (LLS) Team In Training. All of us on Team In Training are raising funds to help stop leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin lymphoma and myeloma from taking more lives.

This is the second time I have participated in Team in Training. I ran the San Diego Rock and Roll Marathon in 2006.

I first got involved after my oldest brother was diagnosed with a lymphoma. Last year, he had a recurrence, and received a bone marrow transplant (from one of my other brothers). Both brothers have been doing very well. Then, in June, I learned that an old friend I have known since middle school was diagnosed with Leukemia.
