Journey to Save Lives

Welcome to ZiZi's Team In Training home page.

I'm training to participate in an endurance event as a member of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's (LLS) Team In Training.

I am completing this event in honor of my niece AnnaLynn who was diagnosed with Leukemia last October . Through the dedication of talented medical professionals at Roswell Park Cancer Institute of Buffalo, she is currently in remission. I am embarking on this journey for AnnaLynn and all other individuals who are battling blood cancers. These people are the real heroes on our team, and we need your support to cross the ultimate finish line: a cure!

I am priviledged and proud to be part of a team of 10 family members who are taking on this challenge . Our common reason we are all engaging on this journey is clear.....AnnaLynn.

AnnaLynn's postivie attitude and tireless determination continue to inspire us all. She continuously acts as an advocate to all who are battling cancer. AnnaLynn refuses to look at this as anything but a bump in the road, a temporary detour that has given her the opportunity to share her experiences in the hopes others will benefit from her work. She really is that amazing :)

I will continue to send updates on our progress as well as share details about our fun filled events to support this effort.
