I am training for a triathlon in honor of my friend Christina who lost her battle with leukemia because a cure was not available. Honored Teammate

We are all inspired by our honored teammate Lucas! Lucas was diagnosed with leukemia in October 2008. He lives in the Sun Prairie area, enjoys cars and building space ships, and wants to be a fireman some day (or volleyball player, one of the two).

Team In Training (TNT) is The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s (LLS) leading endurance sports charity training program. Since its inception in 1988, when a team of 38 runners trained together for the New York City Marathon and raised $320,000, TNT has raised over $1 billon to support blood cancer research and patient services. The enormous success has helped save, prolong, and enhance the lives of hundreds of thousands of patients.
