There are just a few short days until the Hudson River Swim for life, but there is still time to make a donation. If you've been holding out for the right moment, THIS IS IT! You can make a difference in the lives of men, women and children living with blood cancers and their families, with just a few clicks.
Thank you all for your love and support. I am so lucky to be surrounded by the best family and friends.

Well folks, the swim is less than a month away and pressure is on. I'm swimming 1.5-2.5 miles 3-4 times per week and have shifted my lifestyle and diet to support this new regimen. The finish line is in sight and I'm looking forward to getting to it. My biggest concern is making it to my fundraising finish line, so if you can help, I would greatly appreciate it. All donors will be recognized with a signed picture of my crazy sock monkey Sackal and all gifts are tax deductable. I hope you'll join me in the fight to kick cancer's butt.

Everyone who donates will be recieving an autographed photo of my sock monkey, Sackal. Everyone who donates over $100 will recieve a 12 month Sackal pin-up calendar!
How can you go wrong?

I'm training to swim one mile (and possibly three) in the Hudson River in September as a member of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's (LLS) Team In Training. All of us on Team In Training are raising funds to help stop leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin lymphoma and myeloma from taking more lives. I am completing this event in honor of all individuals who are battling blood cancers and all cancers. These people are the real heroes on our team, and we need your support to cross the ultimate finish line - a cure!
Please make a donation to support my participation in Team In Training and help advance LLS's mission.
I hope you will visit my web site often. I will also be tracking my progress, along with my insights on the process, at my blog http://floatationdevices.blogspot.com/
Please be sure to check back frequently to see my progress. Thanks for your support!
