SWIM!! BIKE!! RUN!!

I have accomplished a lot in2011. I skied 50km in the Tour of Anchorage. I ran two marathons. I competed in 3 triathlons. I ran 16 miles cross country in the Lost Lake Race. And I participated in a variety of local running events. I couldn't have done any of this without the loving support of friends and family...YOU!

I'm asking you to support me again. In the past you have supported my choice to live a healthy life and to challenge my physical abilities. I'm choosing to make a bigger impact. I am now teaming up with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society to make a bigger difference. An estimated 1,012,533 Americans are living with leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and myeloma. Your donation will go towards finding cures and better treatments as well as financially supporting patients and families with doctor's care, support groups and educational programs.

Many of you know that I am doing Ironman Canada, August 26, 2012. On my way to that milestone of a goal I will be competing in the Wildflower Triathlon on May 5, 2012. That's a half Ironman distance race! I will be challenging myself with a 1.2 mile swim,56 mile bike and a half-marathon run. While improving my quality of life I'll be helping improve the quality of life of so many more.
