Racing to Save Lives
Family, friends, commuity members,
Thank you for taking time to visit this page.
This winter I'm training to participate in the Lavaman Olympic distance Triathlon, in Kona, HI, as a member of The Leukemia &
Lymphoma Society's (LLS) Team In Training. All of us on Team In
Training are raising funds to help stop leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin
lymphoma and myeloma from taking more lives. I am completing this event in honor of all individuals who are battling blood cancers. These people are the real heroes on our team, and we need your support to achieve our ultimate mission of finding a cure.
Additionally, by making a donation you are supporting a vibrant and diverse community, in Seattle and around the country, work toward meeting their personal fitness goals.
I intend to meet two goals this season: 1) I will exceed my fundraising minimum of $4,130.00, and raise $5,000.00 or more; 2) at the race on March 28th, 2010, I will beat my personal best of 2 hours and 22 minutes by seven minutes or more, and finish in 2 hours and 15 minutes or less.
