Racing to Save Lives
Welcome to my Team In Training home page.
I'm training to participate in the Fairbanks Equinox Marathon as a member of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's (LLS) Team In Training. All of us on Team In Training are raising funds to help stop leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin lymphoma and myeloma from taking more lives. I am completing this event in honor of Heather Eddington, a beloved niece that I never had the honor of meeting. We need your support to cross the ultimate finish line - a cure! I thought about what these people and their families face with chemo, radiation treatments, shouldering the cost, the stress, and the sadness....and I thought that I could at least push my way through 26 miles to help. Join me? Even small donations make a difference.
