WELCOME TO MY TEAM IN TRAINING (TNT) HOME PAGE!

 

Some of you may know that I, like far too many people, have a personal connection to cancer.........

 

My father, Mike, passed away in 1981 after losing his battle with cancer.  My grandfather, Ed, lost his battle with cancer this past January. In addition, a very good friend of ours is currently fighting for his life and one of my first cousins is in remission, both of these from blood cancers.

 

Sadly, my personal connection isn't unique at all.  1000s of people every day are affected by cancer in some way.  Odds are high that you are one of them.

 

It takes more than one person to make up a team and that’s why I’m asking you to donate to my TNT team!

 

In return for your incredible generosity, I vow to work my tail off and get myself to Orlando, FL the weekend of January 10th, 2015 in my best possible shape to run the Disney World Marathon on behalf of everyone that has been affected by this horrible disease.

 

By participating as a member of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s (LLS) TNT, I am raising funds to help find cures and ensure access to treatments for blood cancer patients.

 

Your donation will help fund treatments that save lives every day; like immnuotherapies that use a person’s own immune system to kill cancer. You may not know it, but every single donation, no matter the size, helps save a life with breakthrough therapies such as these.

 

Patients need these cures and they need our support.

 

I'm asking you today, please make a donation in support of my efforts with Team In Training and help get us all closer to a world without cancer.

 

I would love for you to jump on my back and join my small team, which will contribute as much as possible to help taking on this incredibly large task.
