Fundraising Efforts

Well, I am getting close... BOTH excited and scared! I have completed two major fundraisers. One Celebrity Charity Bartending Event that should finally be posted this week.
Confusion on names something about hyphenating or something-Ugh
After that donation event is posted, I will be up to about $3155.00. In addition to that I had a great show of support for the Innugual Steve Christie Celebrity Charity Golf Invitational. Friends, family, celebs and many new friends came out to support. I can't believe folks like Marcel Dionne (NHL Hall of Famer), Steve Tasker, Danny Gare, Rene Robert, Ric Seiling, Paul Maguire and many more were able to join us in a great day of golf and fundrasing for a GREAT cause. After I submit my event from last week, including all the generous donations from friends and family on-line and via snail mail, I will have met my goal and THEN SOME!
I truly want to thank everyone form the bottom of my heart for taking the time and effort put forth to support me to help find a cure for Leukemia & Lymphoma and hopefully in our lifetime put an end to cancer.
Cheers and God give me strength to make it to St. James Gate!

YOU CAN CATCH ME, cause I am still the margerine of marathon!
Hey guys! I have been getting uo EARLY and training 4 days a week with long runs on Saturday. I will up to 7 miles this Saturday, OUCH. It's OK, I am using bio-freeze, arnaca gel, and motrin to bring down the swelling-haha

Racing to Save Lives
Welcome to my Team In Training home page.
I'm training to participate in an endurance event as a member of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's (LLS) Team In Training. All of us on Team In Training are raising funds to help stop leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin lymphoma and myeloma from taking more lives. I am completing this event in honor of all individuals who are battling blood cancers. These people are the real heroes on our team, and we need your support to cross the ultimate finish line - a cure!
