Racing to Save Lives
WELCOME to my Team In Training home page. I am so excited to be training for my 5th endurance event with Team in Training, a 100 mile bike ride around Lake Tahoe, Nevada.
All of us on Team In Training are raising funds to help stop leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin lymphoma and myeloma from taking more lives. I am completing this event in honor of two very special people, Zachary Swart , an amazing 9 year-old boy who is currently battling this life threatening diesease, and Debbie Kjellander, a loving mother, daughter, sister, wife, and friend who fought courageously and lost her battle with Leukemia one year ago.
I am asking you to make a generous donation to support the immensely valuable research conducted and patient services provided by the Leukemia Society. Afterall, your donation is about the lives of people, very special people like Zachary and Debbie. We need your support to cross the ultimate finish line - a cure!
