Hi and welcome to my fundraising page!

After loving my experience with Team In Training in 2008 when I ran the Chicago Marathon I have decided to torture my body again to run the 2011 Houston Marathon! What better way to get the pre-baby body back then to run like an idiot for hours on end!?!?! I am very excited to do this again and to be doing it with Team In Training. They got me marathon-ready before and they can do it again! (and I also give myself the added advantage of choosing marathons in cities that are flat as hills are my nemesis. I really hate hills.)

Here's where you come in...if you haven't done so already, donate to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society on my page here! Go on, I'll wait...did it? Good! Thanks!! They are an amazing charity and they really do a lot for blood cancer patients and research. They have made amazing strides in treating this cancer and donations like yours help greatly. They also help by giving money to families to help with parking, lodging, etc while undergoing treatment. See, now don't you feel better for helping a good cause? :)

And as a thank you to you for your donation, I will think of each of you who donate as I run on January 30. I will have HOURS to think of you all! And I promise to think happy thoughts of you and your donations in between the potty mouth expressions I may be uttering for doing this to myself again.
