Welcome to my Team In Training home page!

The training is over and now its time for the big event!! Our team has arrived in Tucson as have the bikes. Tomorrow (Friday) we do a 32 mile training ride to make sure the bikes are ok . Then, we meet at 5:30 am (ouch!!) on Sat morning to start lining up for the ride. The actual start time is 7 am (there are about 9000 cyclists, so we should actually cross the start line around 7:15) and we should finish sometime around 4 or 5.

As you can see, I have exceeded my fundraising goal!! Thank you so much to everyone who has helped this make this possible. This entire experience has really opened my eyes to how much LLS helps people coping with blood cancers and I am very proud to be a part of finding a cure!!

A big Thank You as well to everyone who has helped to support me through my training. It has been a tough training season and I couldn't have done it without all of the help and encourgement of all my friends and family (especially my husband, Roland who has put up with me being gone for the majority of every Saturday for the past 2 months!).

I will have new pictures after the ride on Sat , can't wait to share them!
