I'm on mission-to help find cures and more effective treatments for blood cancers. I've personally seen the devastation and loss that these diseases can cause, and I'm committed to working to help find a cure.

To accomplish my mission, I’m participating in The Rock N Roll Half Marathon in Nashville, Tennessee, on April 28th 2012, as a member of The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s (LLS) Team In Training. This will be no small feat since I only started running about a year ago, but it's nothing compared to the daily race that people battling cancer face each and every day.

Like the other members of TNT, I will be raising funds to help find cures and better treatments for leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin’s disease and myeloma. I’m improving the quality of my life by working towards my own personal finish line, and more importantly towards finding a finish line with cancer!

By participating and with your support, I can help improve the quality of life for patients and their families as well.
