Welcome to my Team In Training home page.

I'm training to participate in an endurance event as a member of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's (LLS) Team In Training. All of us on Team In Training are raising funds to help stop leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin lymphoma and myeloma from taking more lives. I am completing this event in honor of Mike Ralph who lives in Kansas City. He felt sick one day and like most of us, just thought it wasn't anything serious. Well to come to find out he was diagnosed with Acute Myelogenous Leukemia (AML). AML is a fast-growing cancer of the blood and bone marrow. He will undergo 6 rounds of full body radiation and 6 more intense rounds of chemotherapy to prepare for a stem cell transplant. He is the real hero on our team, and we need your support to cross the ultimate finish line - a cure!
