Welcome to my Team In Training home page.

Together with my wife Stacy, I'm training for The Country Music 1/2 Marathon on April 24th, 2010 as a member of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Team In Training. All of us on Team In Training are raising funds to help stop leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin lymphoma and myeloma from taking more lives.

We are completing this event in honor of Samuel Lindell (Stacy's cousin, who was diagnosed with leukemia before he was 2 years old.) and all individuals who are battling blood cancers. These people are

the real heroes on our team, and we need your support to cross the

ultimate finish line - a cure!

1/16/10 - Over the holidays there was so much good food going around, now I have a few extra pounds of motivation. I'm very thankful for the nice break in the freezing temperatures here in Nashville. It's much nicer to run in 50 degrees instead of 6, and the treadmill was getting pretty boring.

3/3/10 - So thankful for the nice weather the last two weeks. Got in some long hikes and good runs. Now for 60 and partly cloudly...
