Racing to Save Lives
Hi-
Welcome to my Team In Training home page. Thank you for coming by! First of all...I have done so well these first few weeks because of your generosity that I have changed my goal- I am attempting to raise $10,000 for this important cause. It's a lot of money I know...and as a marathon runner...I have a real problem not finishing...so here we go!
I'm training to run the Country Music 'Half-Marathon' event on April 25th as a member of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's (LLS) Team In Training. As a survivor of Non -Hodgkins Lymphoma, this means a lot to me personally.
All of us on Team In Training are raising funds to help stop leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin lymphoma and myeloma from taking more lives.
I had tremendous care when I was ill and now I am running so all of the heroes, still battling out there, can get the same great care that I received. Thank you... we need your support to cross the ultimate finish line - a cure!
