7 Million Thank You's

Dear Friends

On Sunday June 7th I rode the 2009 Lake Tahoe Century, along with Team South Jersey and 3200 of our closest friends, to benefit the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. This would not have been possible without your generous support!

The eleven members of my team collectivley raised more than $60,000 and our regional total was nearly $200,000. Overall the more than 2000 Team In Training participants at Lake Tahoe accounted for $6.9million dollars to help in the fight against leukemia, lymphoma and other blood-related cancers.

I cannot begin to express the depth of my gratitude for your generosity and support! My experience from the beginning of this challenge is one I will remember for the rest of my life.

PS This is just the beginning. In a few days I will begin training with the Seagull Century Team as a coach. I also plan to once again prepare and raise donations for next year's Lake Tahoe.

The Finish Line for Team In Training is a Cure For Blood Cancers. We have more work to do!
