Welcome to Brian Glick's Team In Training home page.

I'm training to participate in the Nike Women's Half Marathon, Sunday October 18th, as a member of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's (LLS) Team In Training. All of us involved with Team In Training are raising funds to help stop leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin lymphoma and myeloma from taking more lives. I am completing this event in honor of all individuals who are battling blood cancers. These people are the real heroes on our team, and we need your support to cross the ultimate finish line - a cure!

This is my fourth season with with Team in Training and with your help I have raised over $11,000 to help fund much needed research and patient services. I know that times are tough and its even more difficult to donate in hard times. I ask you to please make a donation to support my participation in Team In Training and help advance LLS's mission.

07.23 - Today is the Fall Season Kickoff and I can't wait to start training!

07.24 - Tonight is the Shoe and Gear Clinic and Saturday morning is the first official fall season run at Los Gatos High School.

07.25 - 2 miles along the trail starting from LG High School running north to Vasona Lake.

07.28 - 3.2 miles at Lake Almaden with some TNT friends. I did a run walk. 6 minutes run then 2 minute fast walk. I liked it. Much easier on my body.

07.30 - A great 25 minute core training session followed by a 25 minute run/walk along the trail at Los Gatos High School.

08.01 - A beautiful 3.2 miles along the trail at Campbell Park.

08.04 - I ran 3 miles at Lake Almaden at 6am today!

08.06 - A short run of only a 1/4 mile. I was late to practice and couldn't get my run in :(

08.08 - Set up an information booth at the Dammit Run in Los Gatos.

08.09 - Set up and manned a free water stop and information booth at Campbell Park. Now that I'm a volunteer Captain, I'm donig much more than running and fundraising.

08.11 - 3 miles at Lake Almaden this morning at 6am!!!!

08.13 - 2 mile run and 2 mile walk along the trail at Los Gatos High School

08.16 - 2 mile run mid day in some high heat.

08.18 - 3 miles at Lake Almaden Park.

08.20 - 2.5 Miles on the Los Gatos High School Track

08.26 - 4 mile run and 2.5 mile walk along the Campbell Park trail.

08.27 - 1/2 mile hill repeats at Los Gatos High School, feeling good and ready to start upping the distance.

09.01 - 3 miles at Lake Almaden on the Los Alamitos Creek Trail at 6am!

09.03 - 4 miles at Los Gatos HS.

09.05 - 4 miles along the Campbell Creek Trail.

09.08 - 3 miles at Lake Almaden.

09.10 - 3.25 miles around the Los Gatos High School Track

09.12 - 7 miles at Shoreline!!!!!

09.17 - 0.5 miles at the LG High School Track

09.22 - 3.1 Miles at Lake Almaden Trail.

09.29 - 3 Miles at Lake Almaden Trail...it was cold and dark!

10.01 - 2.5 miles at the Los Gatos High School Track.

******Sunday I'm running in the San Jose Rock-n-Roll half marathon*****

10.04 - 13.1 miles at the San Jose Rock-n-Roll half marathon. I rocked it in 1 hr 56 min 26 seconds! My personal best time :)

10.06 - I have added a new honoree that I'm running to honor. *Benjamin E. Diffenderfer who lost his battle with Burkitts Lymphoma. *
