Racing to Save LivesWelcome to my Team In Training home page.
I'm training to participate in an endurance event as a member of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's (LLS) Team In Training.
On July 31, 2010, 10 days after my 60th birthday, I will be entering the Vine Man Ironman Triathlon. This will be a challenge to me. To keep motivated and learn the skills needed I joined TNT.
All of us on Team In Training are raising funds to help stop leukemia, lymphoma, and myeloma from taking more lives. I am completing this event in honor of all individuals who are battling blood cancers. They are the ones who are really faced with lifes challenge and are the real heroes on our team. We need your support to cross the ultimate finish line - a cure!
