Racing to Save Lives

Welcome to my Team In Training home page!

After running two marathons with the East Bay Run Team, I have now joined the South Bay Run Team to train for the Royal Victoria Half Marathon on October 11, 2009!

As with my previous events, I am training as a member of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's (LLS) Team In Training. All of us on Team In Training are raising funds to help stop leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin lymphoma and myeloma from taking more lives.

I continue to be inspired by the people I have met through Team In Training, most importantly our honorees. This season I will be running for my friends in the East Bay as well as my new friends here in the South Bay. I am completing this event in honor of all individuals who are battling blood cancers. These people are the real heroes on our team, and we need your support to cross the ultimate finish line - a cure!
