  "Sheryl and I always have fun fundraising. We did have some mall shoppers who invaded our personal space and some yelled at us for asking for donations. Other than that the people at Coral Square were generous and kind and helped us get closer to our goal. Thanks to the managers at Macy's for their support. There we no lost children today and no close-talker spit flew on to us. "

  "The crowd at the FSU vs UM game was extremely generous to the LLS. Special thanks to all who donated. Random things that happened: One cheapo/jerk UM fan sprayed us with silly string; then only gave us $1, at least the jerk's friends donated. FYI- we do not trade beads for jello shots. Thanks for all the pity donations made to us when we were asking for donations in the rain. Thanks to those who made donations for the noosed gator teddy bears and hung them from their tailgating canopies. Rock on all of those who made drunken donations a let us keep the change. Weirdest UM fan was jaba-the-hut sitting in his folding chair with his rain poncho on covered with food that missed his mouth, singing the "no Obama song" and then not donating, a shout out goes out to his thoroughly embarassed but genereous friends. Marty you are our hero but we did not get any libations this game. Also - FYI - We do not want to trade beads for a peek at man-boobs, and we do not want to see you lick your man-nip"

  "Thanks to all of the UCF and UM fans who donated despite the incredibly hot and then dangerously stormy weather. Our tailgater of the day was UM fan Frank from Polito Custom Wood Work and his two sons. Thanks for the Mountain Dew and offering us shelter during the severe weather. Thanks for sharing your wisdom with us. I'll remember "don't trust a guy who likes spray butter" and we were happy to hear about your granddaughter Brooke who is a cancer survivor and living cancer free today. A sweet Jesus goes out to that lightning bolt that narrowly missed us when we were in Frank's tent. A special shout out goes to UM fan Freddy and the UCF girls he bought beads for. Fundraiser is like matchmaking bringing people together and making them happy. FYI college tailgaters- we do not take coupons for beads. Nancy's friend Fred, you and your UCF crew rock. ATTENTION all male tail-gaters: We do not want to be flashed, especially if you need a wax. "
