Welcome to our Team In Training home page.

First, a big thank you to all who have donated toward our fundraising goal! We are so grateful for your generosity.

As you know, we are training for the Women's Running Magazine 1/2 Marathon in St. Pete November 22nd as part of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's (LLS) Team In Training. In addition to our goal of completing 13.2 miles walk/run, we also made a commitment to raising $4000 for cancer research.

We have contant reminders of the importance of funding this research. Living reminders, like our coach, Adriana, who takes her chemo pills every then shows up at 6 a.m. on a Saturday to help us train. Our teammate, Dan Yaffe, a 5-year survivor. Our family members and friends who are no longer with us because treatments weren't available at the time that now help extend and improve the quality of life for cancer patients.

We are asking for just $5.00 per person, knowing that many hearts together can accomplish great things.
