Welcome to my Team In Training fundraising page.

This picture is of me with my dad at the finish line of my first 1/2 marathon, The Avenue of the Giants 2007. He also cheered me across the finish line of the Nike Women's 1/2 Marathon in Oct '07. In May '08 I returned to "The Ave" finishing with a personal best and my dad in my heart - he passed away in March after a long battle with lymphoma.

I now challenge myself to complete Solvang's Finest Century - a 100 mile bike ride - and raise $7.500 as a member of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's (LLS) Team In Training. All of us on Team In Training are raising funds to help stop leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin lymphoma and myeloma from taking more lives. I am completing this event in memory of my dad, Bill and in honor of all individuals who are battling blood cancers. These people are the real heroes on our team, and we need your support to cross the ultimate finish line - a cure!
