As most of you know, I'm training to participate in the Big Kahuna Half Ironman Distance Triathlon in Santa Cruz, CA on October 25, 2009 as a member of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's (LLS) Team In Training.

All of us on Team In Training are raising funds to help stop leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin lymphoma and myeloma from taking more lives. I am completing this event in honor of all individuals who are battling blood cancers-- these people are the real heroes on our team, and we need your support to cross the ultimate finish line - a cure!

I will be doing the Stone Harbor Triathlon in Stone Harbor, NJ on July 19th as a warmup to the big race.

My sister Kelli and I are going to be sending Stone Harbor Tri ocean bracelets to all donors (suggested donation $5).
