Running to make a difference



Hello friends and family! Welcome to my fundraising page. For the past 5 months I have been training with "Team in Training" to participate in Nike Women's Marathon while raising money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.



Team in Training raises funds to help stop leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin lymphoma and myeloma from taking more lives. At the same time, they provide amazing training programs, coaches and mentors to help participants compete in various endurance events. I am completing my event in honor of everyone who is battling blood cancers, especially my grandmother who has had slow moving leukemia for years, and my aunt who has been recently diagnosed with lymphoma. These people are the real reason we compete and we need your support to cross the ultimate finish line - a cure!



I would be honored if you would support this amazing cause by donating anything you can. Every little bit counts. I have been so touched by the people that I have met through TNT. From the survivors to the team members to the mentors, coaches and staff -- it is a more than worthy cause. I am honored to raise money for LLS and cross the finish line for all of the people I am representing through Team in Training.
