One mile at a time...

How about we save a life today?

You do the easy part and I’ll do the hard part. I’ll train to complete 26.2 grueling miles in the Nike Women’s Marathon with your help of a donation in any amount you choose. I re-joined the TEAM to raise funds and help fight blood cancers one mile after mile after mile after mile at a time.

Not only did I commit to the TEAM, but I committed to mentor a group of amazing women who have also found the time to raise awareness and honor a loved one.

• $1000 – Your philanthropy just supported one week’s salary for a medical researcher at UCSF, Stanford, or Berkeley to help develop curative treatments for blood cancers.
• $500 – Your big heart just provided a blood cancer patient with financial assistance for one year or just allowed 10 patients to log on to a webcast and hear the latest information in treatment for their disease.
• $200 – Your benevolence provides a one year Family Support Group Program for a patient and their family.
• $150 – Your compassion allows 5 patients to make a First Connection with a trained peer volunteer.

• $35 – You thoughtfulness paid for transportation expenses for a patient living in Northern California’s most rural areas to receive cancer treatment.
