Welcome to my Team In Training home page.

I'm training to participate in the Ironman Louisville 2009 as members of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Team In Training IRONTEAM. That is a 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike ride and 26.2 mile run...all in one day!! I am committed to raising $8,000 to help in the fight against blood cancers and I need your help and support to accomplish this huge undertaking.

Ive also created a blog and will update it periodically throughout the season so you can check my progress and see pictures of our training.
