4 Days and counting!


Exercise & training: check!

Support of awesome people: check!

Rest and taper: in process.


Quick recap of the past few months: Lots of swimming, lots of biking, lots of running. A bit of stretching and core. Repeat. And now it's time to rest and prepare.


Sunday I race. 2.4 miles of swim, 112 miles of bike, and 26.2 miles of run. It's going to be epic.
