Welcome to my Team In Training home page! I am back, and facing my biggest challenge ever. My goal is to raise $6000 for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society in the fight against blood cancers. It's a lofty goal and I will be depending on YOU to help get us there!

This time, I'm training to complete the VineMan Full Ironman triathlon as a member of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's (LLS) Team In Training. That's 2.4 miles of swimming, 112 miles of cycling, and 26.2 miles of running. And, all within 16 hours or less! And I used to think marathons were crazy.

The training season will be long and grueling, but nothing compared to what blood cancer patients must endure. If you have a friend or family member that you would like to donate in honor of, please be sure to write their names in the comments section.
