Fighting to Save Lives
Welcome to my Team In Training home page.
Once again I'm training to complete a grueling endurance event. In recent years I have coached and have been a mentor, this year I decided to be a participant and dedicate my time to fundraising. I discovered a friend of mine, Bob Norling, is fighting non-Hodgkins lymphoma. Bob is undergoing a stem cell transplant to fight his blood cancer.
You don't know who will be stricken. It's important to continue to fight and to support research and victim support programs. That's why all of us on Team In Training are raising funds to help stop leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkins lymphoma and myeloma from taking more lives. I am completing this event in honor of all individuals who are battling blood cancers. These people are the real heroes on our team, and we need your support to cross the ultimate finish line - a cure!
