Racing to Save Lives
Six months ago my friend Mike told me he had Lymphoma. I felt helpess. Two weeks later, my grandfather informed me that his lymphoma had come back. What could I do to help? When I heard the news, I wanted to RUN far far away! I felt desperate. Then I heard an ad that changed my life. It aired during my shift on the Wolf. It was about Team in Training and the Nike Half Marathon! Run and raise money for blood cancers?! That was the answer for me! I knew I would run and raise money and do it all in the name of my friend Mike and my Grandfather!
Please take the time today and donate to the cause! Even if its only five bucks! It all helps out! Thank you for supporting my run. Tell your friends and help me reach my goal!
