UPDATE - 01/22/09 - PLEASE HELP!
For the past four months I've trained extensively with Team in Training while attempting to raise money for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (organizing fundraisers, email blasts, etc.) While my long-term goal is to complete the Rock 'N Roll Marathon in May, the physical conditioning program I've just about completed and the actual marathon training which begins next week are considered to be two seperate entities as far as their fundraising elements are concerned. I learned last night that I will not be permitted to enter the second program if I have not attained the fundraising minimum for Peak Performance. All I need is for 85 people to donate $10, that's it. If you can help me by spreading the word, I can continue the commitment I have already dedicated four months and every second of my spare time to. Thank you.
Racing to Save Lives
Welcome to my Team In Training home page!
I'm emerging the otherside of a crazy year full of many personally life-changing experiences. One of the unexpected goals I've discovered, as I finally learn how to be comfortable in my skin, is that I want to help others once again find comfort in theirs.
I'm currently in training to participate in San Diego's Rock 'N Roll Marathon as a member of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's (LLS) Team In Training. Each member of Team In Training is raising funds to help stop leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin lymphoma and myeloma from taking more lives. I am completing this event in honor of all individuals who are battling blood cancers. These people are the real heroes on our team, and we need your support to cross the ultimate finish line - a cure!
Please make a donation to support my participation in Team In Training and help advance LLS's mission.
Be sure to check back frequently to see my progress and, of course, thank you for your support.

Update - 11/13/08: After twenty years, I smoked my last cigarette on October 13th, just after 12AM - I haven't looked back. I've finally beaten my deadly addiction, I'm going to run a marathon and this is just the beginning! Life is good.
Update - 12/13/08: Thank you to EVERYONE who came out to our wonderful Christmas event, artists and audience alike. Special thanks to Gregory Page, Carlos Olmeda, Katy Wong and John Ciccolella. We raised $250!
