Racing 26.2 Miles to Save Lives!

Hi everyone!


For the second year in a row, I signed up to run the San Diego Rock 'n' Roll marathon as a member of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's (LLS) Team In Training.


Please help me raise money toward cures for blood cancers like leukemia -- the No. 1 disease killer of children -- lymphoma and myeloma.


Last year, I raised over $2,200 with help from friends and family like you! The race is on June 3rd, but I'm aiming to hit my fund raising goal way before then!


Where does the money go?

LLS...

  • provides grants to researchers in academic institutions
  • supports research projects in the United States, Canada and 9 other countries
  • provides financial assistance to patients
  • sponsors scientific conferences around the country
  • produces educational materials and videos
  • runs dozens of Family Support Groups nationwide
