The season has come to a tremendous end with podium finishes at both events! Thanks to everyone for your words of encouragement and support. Thanks to everyone who came out and supported the cause on Saturday at Sidebar. It was alot of fun and great to see some of my fellow teammates all dolled up and not sweaty hot messes (well at least before the dancing started). But the celebration isn't complete just yet... while we managed to raise some much needed funds and awareness, we can do better!

I still a little under two weeks to try and raise $2000. So, if you haven't yet, but plan to, now is your chance. Even passing along the link to this site to other potential donors would be greatly appreciated.

I've come to the conclusion, well... actually, my girlfriend has come to the conclusion that I'm a pretty good athlete, but I'm not so hot at fundraising. And well... she's right. That's why I'm asking for your help.

I am extremely happy to say that the fall season of Team in Training has officially started! This time around we are training for the Nations Triathlon in Washington DC.

The race is on September 11th, the 10 year anniversary of 9/11. It will truly be a memorable and emotional event!

With that said, I'm asking for your help. I've set a goal of raising over $4000 for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society this time around and I will only be able to reach that goal with your help. Please help me in the fight against cancer and donate now. Any amount helps! Thanks.
