The triathlons have me hooked!  I had so much fun doing SD Tri Classic that I signed myself up for my next event.......... the Lavaman triathlon in beautiful Hawaii!

What better place to have a triathlon??

Many of you already know my connection with The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS), and how much I enjoy doing the Team in Training program.  It's fun for me and not only keeps me in shape and motivated, but it also helps people in need.

As a registered nurse, in my line of work I come across patients with these blood cancers regularly.  The horrifying impact that the disease has had on not only their lives, but on the lives of their families and friends is something I deal with in my workplace.  I joined TNT before I began working as a nurse, and my job has only strengthened my ties to this wonderful organization.

My mission both professionally and in my life outside of work with TNT is to help find cures and more effective treatments for blood cancers.  To do that, I need your help.

With your donation, we can find cures and better treatments for leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin’s disease and myeloma.  I’m improving the quality of my life by participating and with your support, we can help improve the quality of life for my patients and their families as well.
