SO the last time I tried to cure cancer, I ran a marathon, ate gravy for 2 meals in a row and found out I was pregnant all in the span of 2 days. Griffin's first marathon was November 15, 2009! It seems to have worked out well for everyone. I thave taken almost 2 years off and now it's time to get back in the game. Wish me luck as I revisit this thing we call running (with a baby)--and of course, fund raising for a CURE.
In October I will be completing my fifth TNT event at the Nike Women's (half) marathon in San Francisco. Please help me raise funds to help stop leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin lymphoma and myeloma from taking more lives. I am completing this event in memory of Ali Bagheri and in honor of all individuals who are battling blood cancers. My persons for whom I run in their honor continues to grow every year. These people are the real heroes on our team, and we need your support to cross the ultimate finish line - a cure!

Check back often and I'll update you on the trials and tribulations of a mom on the verge of heat stroke, endurance, trying to coerce myself into work out gear, and hitting the pavement. It should be entertaining for everyone!
