I have met my minimum fundraising goal of $1900!!!!!!! I can't believe it! This certainly does not mean that I am done---so if you haven't donated please do so still! Every penny that we can raise is another step closer to finding a cure for blood cancer.
I just want to give EVERYONE a sincere heart felt...tear in my eye Thank you! These donations mean a world of different things. First and foremost....You love my Dad! Today is his birthday too!!!!! What a great gift to me to reach my goal on his birthday! I love this man more than words can say and am so Thankful to have him in my life! Secondly, these donations mean that You care! Thank you for giving to such a great cause! I love you all!

I am proud to introduce you to my Hero, my Dad. He is a survivor of Cancer. He was diagnosed three years ago with stage 4 non-hogdkins lymphoma. The last 3 years have been like a roller coaster to him...He had radiation , chemo, heavy duty chemo and more chemo...spring of 09 he went through a bone marrow/ stem cell transplant at the Veterans Hospital in Nashville. This is the first picture you see above. I'm happy to report that his scans have all been clean since then. The Veterans Administration had linked the cancer to exposure to Agent Orange while he served our country with the US Army in South Vietnam. I am so thankful for the doctors and medical personell that have done such a great job in his treatments. My Dad thanks our Lord for his healing and comfort through this. He is retired now due to the effects of his cancer and the treatments to heal his body. We are so thankful for every day we have with him.

Racing to Save Lives
Welcome to my Team In Training home page.
I'm training to participate in a 1/2 Marathon as a member of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's (LLS) Team In Training. All of us on Team In Training are raising funds to help stop leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin lymphoma and myeloma from taking more lives. I am completing this event in honor of all individuals who are battling blood cancers. These people are the real heroes on our team, and we need your support to cross the ultimate finish line - a cure!
Please make a donation to support my participation in Team In Training and help advance LLS's mission.
This is my first Race and first fundraising adventure. I hope you will visit my web site often. Be sure to check back frequently to see my progress. Thanks for your support!
I am also selling some art that I've done to go towards finding a cure! I will donate 100% of all proceeds of these painting towards the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. To see more pictures find me on face book (Jenn Phagan Curvan) or send me an email. Jennphagan@yahoo.com
Thank you all for your support!
