Welcome to my Team In Training home page.

I wanted to thank each and every on of you for the incredible contribution you’ve made to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) and the patients we serve. I along with 38 others (17 sprint distance triathlon and 22 Olympic distance triathlon) just completed four months of training and fundraising. I have had one great and amazing experience in the process. Together, the 38 of us raised over $91,000 that will fund cancer research and patient services here in the Rocky Mountain region. Your contributions and commitment to the mission will have a lasting impact. It will enable researchers to push through barriers in cancer treatment, and it will improve the quality of life for our patients and their families. You are a hero and deserve a huge congratulations and heart felt thanks from me and all of the LLS and TNT staff, TNT coaches, mentors, captains and team heroes.

Here are my results:

Over all it took me 1:46:58.6 to finish the race.

The swim took me basically 20 minutes

The transition between the swim and the bike was 3 minutes

The bike took me 55 minutes

The transition between the Bike and the run was 2 minutes

The run took me 26 minutes

I placed 34th out of 74 men

I placed 6th out of 11 men in the age group of 35-39

4th and 5th place times where 1:46:05.3 and 1:46:26.7

There were 74 men over all and 102 women over all.

If you combine the men and women I was 51st out of 176 (there were 17 women who came in ahead of me)

First place men's over all time was 1:22:10.0

First place women's over all time was 1:27:59.9

The TNT coach, Mary Carey, was 7th out of 102 female's and first in her age group with time of 1:36:54.13
