WE MADE IT!! We crossed the finish line of the Rock n Roll San Diego Marathon to benefit the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society!! And we were able to finish because of all of you. Thank you for supporting us along this journey, and for supporting cancer patients and survivors and their families.


Craig and Deb Gingrich travelled with us to San Diego and witnessed that we actually finished the race!! They were an amazing support crew and it would be nice to have them along next time as well.


Uncle Lynn -- we love you. You have been our inspiration along this marathon journey and we are proud to say we ran in honor of you.

We are training to participate in the San Diego Rock-n-Roll Marathon on June 6, 2010 as members of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's (LLS) Team In Training. We are raising funds to help stop leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's lymphoma and myeloma from taking more lives. We are completing this event in honor of Kimble's uncle, Lynn Gingrich, and all of the other individuals who are battling blood cancers. These people are the real heroes on our team, and we need your support to cross the ultimate finish line - a cure!

We are asking you to please make a donation to support my team's participation in Team In Training and help advance LLS's mission.

Please check our website often. We will update it frequently with our training and fundraising progress. (Tomorrow we are scheduled to run hill repeats in the snow -- sounds like fun!!!)

    "This is GREAT Kimble & Kyla!!! I recently joined a Marathon Ministries Team & will start training in March for our race in October, raising money to build a school in Africa. I believe God brought Team Gingrich together for a reason, keep your eyes focussed on Him! Keep in mind Phiippians 4:13 "I can do everything through Him who gives me strength." I was told the journey of training for a marathon is all about trust, if you give in to doubt and fear, you will never realize the joy of crossing the finish line! I will keep Lynn in my prayers!
