WELCOME TO MY TEAM IN TRAINING (TNT) HOME PAGE! Please support me as I am almost to my fundraising goal!
I will be running the Hartford Half Marathon on October 11, 2014, and I'm asking for your support!
After two injuries, and a heavy heart, I officially changed my event to the Hartford Half Marathon for this October. The decision was, for the most part, made for me, but it taught me a couple very important things-- one, that I love to run and need to take care of myself so that I am able to keep running for years to come, and two-- I'm blessed to be able to do something like this, while other people who are sick, are fighting for their health.
My goal is to raise $1500 for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. I'm running for all the people in my life who have been touched by different forms of cancer.
By participating as a member of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s (LLS) TNT, I am raising funds to help find cures and ensure access to treatments for blood cancer patients.
Your donation will help fund treatments that save lives every day; like immnuotherapies that use a person’s own immune system to kill cancer. You may not know it, but every single donation helps save a life with breakthrough therapies such as these.
Patients need these cures and they need your support.
Please make a donation in support of my efforts with Team In Training and help get us all closer to a world without blood cancers.
