Racing to Save Lives
Welcome to my Team In Training home page.
I'm training to participate in an endurance event as a member of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's (LLS) Team In Training. All of us on Team In Training are raising funds to help stop leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin lymphoma and myeloma from taking more lives.

March 20, 2009 - Another Milestone!
Thank you so very much to the so many generous contributors. Thanks to your efforts, we have reached a significant milestone - over $1000. We are more than halfway (once all the contributions are posted) to the goal. Training-wise, it's going great. On Saturday we had our coldest training run yet - 2 hours at 7AM with temps in the teens. Dark and cold but there were a couple dozen runners out. People like you and Mason are inspiring us to get up early, put on another layer and get out there. 12 miles that morning.
April 20, 2009 - So close!
Thanks to the incredibly generous support from so many people, I know we will hit our goal. Special thanks to Doc, Dave and the SG community for the support. I was so impressed by everything that the community did with Extra Life last year, I knew I needed to help.
Have a lot of miles left to go before the big event. It's amazing to know that I'm running with so many supporters behind me.
7 weeks to go before the big race! On Saturday, we are running our longest run so far - 3 hours 20 minutes. Thanks again to the supporters.
