Racing to Save ives
WeWWelc Welcome to Rob & Lynn Smythe's Tahoe Century Ride page America's Most Beautiful Bike Ride Rob and I are about to start our 4th year with our local Team in Training cycle team. We are participating in America's Most Beautiful Bike Ride on June 7th, 2009. This 100 mile road bike ride takes place in Tahoe, Nevada.
The elevation for this ride varies from a low of 5955 feet, to a high of 7044 feet. Riding at such a high elevation will be quite a challenge for a couple of Florida flat-landers. But we are up for the challenge! My husband will be co-coaching the Palm Beach Tahoe cycle team for Team in Training.
DONATE TO THE CAUSE All of us on Team In Training are raising funds to help stop leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin lymphoma and myeloma from taking more lives. Rob and I are completing this event in honor of all individuals who are battling blood cancers. These people are the real heroes on our team, and we need your support to cross the ultimate finish line - a cure!
