Mom & Cameron In Training for a Cure

Almost 10 months ago, I gave birth to a healthy baby boy. I know too well through my eleven years with The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society just how lucky I am. As a parent, your heart breaks when you have to watch your child cope with any illness. So, I can only imagine the terror of hearing the words leukemia or cancer come out of a doctor’s mouth.


Cameron and I have the opportunity to make a difference and for this reason, we’ve laced up our sneakers (well, maybe just me :) and will be training together for the Women’s 10K this June. In fact, I’ve inspired 25 other moms & babies to train and fundraise with us as part of TNT’s Moms In Training – our first ever moms & babies team!
