Hey Gang!
So here we go again... Racing for a great cause. This is the second year I've decided to race and fundraise for the Lukemia and Lymphoma Society. Last year I had a great experience and raised not only a great deal of money, but a lot of awareness on cancer, LLS and the Nautica New York City Triathlon.
Though I do not have a direct connection to Lukemia or Lymphoma, cancer has had a major impact on my life. So anything that I can do to help out in the research and assistance to those affected is a great cause to me. Unfortunately I lost my father to prostate cancer back in '97 followed by my mother in 2002 to breast cancer, and on May 14th of this year I lost a gym buddy and good friend, Larry Liakos to cancer at the age of 50. I know what it is to suffer and deal with cancer and it's nothing you ever want to have to face. So thank you ahead of time for your support and donations. I hope to make you all proud and I know the cause is more than worthy
