On June 11th I will be running a 10k to raise money for the Leukemia Lymphoma Society!
My Story:
On July 22, 2013 I was diagnosed with Hodgkin Lymphoma. After returning from a vacation, I learned that a lump near my collarbone was actually part of a tumor that had spread from my chest. I started chemotherapy and thankfully went into remission later that year. Today I’m cancer-free and feeling great!
I am so grateful to not be cancer-free but also to be a new mom! Zachary Oliver Roth joined our family on August 2, 2015. I owe my life and opportunity to be a mom to research funded by groups like the Leukemia Lymphoma Society.
My Mission:
This year I am running with Sammy's team to honor one of my patients. Sammy is an incredible 6-year old boy who has been battling leukemia for almost two years. Sammy's mother started Sammy's team and will actually be running the race with us! Sammy and his family are a true inspiration. To learn more about Sammy's story visit the Team Sammy webpage:

Together we are raising money to support Sammy and others like him. No amount is too small. Thank you!!
