Racing to Save Lives


Welcome to my Team In Training home page. The top photo was taken in May 2008 at Sloan Kettering Memorial Hospital. Leslie (my triathlon partner) is in the front of the photo, I'm the bald one in the middle, and Lynn is on the other side. These are just two of the wonderful people who cried and laughed (alot) with me during my chemotherapy.


Leslie and I are often partners in some pretty crazy athletic endeavors - for example, she and I nearly sunk a sail boat together; I think we hold the record for being in last place in the local five mile run; and we took up hiking but have never gotten too far from the Garden State Parkway. Now we are training to participate in a triathlon event as a member of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's (LLS) Team In Training. We are raising funds to help stop leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin lymphoma and myeloma from touching more lives. We need your support to cross the ultimate finish line - a cure!
