What a journey this has been getting to where we are today, just days away from running my first full marathon (26.2 miles) in San Francisco Women’s Nike who would have thought, no one I know! This journey began in October 2008 after Kelcey’s diagnosis with lymphoma. A year later & 18 rounds of chemo, on October 29, 2009, happy to report she was cancer free! She is my inspiration and my reason. The more involved I become with LLS’s Mission the more I am relentless for a cure! After my event on Sunday it will become another memory, however the mission for “LLS” will still remain with it’s purpose to raise research dollars & to improve the quality of the life’s of those battling Blood cancer, I want to thank each & everyone of you for your support and ask that you keep the cause going!

Week 21

Final Fundraising Deadline for Women’s Nike San Francisco

This will be my 4th season of TNT & consecutive fundraising for “The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society “ I will say it has been a bit more challenging on my part as far as fundraising goes, however it has become more rewarding each time I reach my personal goals & receive the support from friends, family & complete stranglers makes all the efforts seem minute! We start out as a group of strangers and by the time our events are here we have become a Team of like-minded individuals that all have a common goal, We Are Relentless for A Cure!!
